If stepping into the world of Agribusiness is one of your main objectives for 2023, you should know something. There is a Master’s degree in Agribusiness Management that is conducted fully in English in one of the biggest agricultural hubs in Europe and in the world: Almería (Spain).

What type of visa do I need?
Since MIAM starts in September 2023 and ends in August 2024, your stay in Spain will be at least 1 year. That is why you will need a long-term Student Visa (the duration of your studies will be longer than 6 months.
In addition, you should know that in order to apply for this student permit you will have to present certain documentation, which in this case will be:
- To have private or public medical insurance in Spain.
- To present a document in which it is described that you are free of a criminal record.
- Prove that you have the financial means to live in Spain for at least one or two years.
Also, there is the possibility to apply for a tourist visa and then continue with your student visa application here in Spain.

Visa processes take a long time
As you might know, visa application processes can take a long time: a lot of paperwork for consulates and in the case of some countries like India and South Africa it can take even longer.
Sometimes it is due to the requirement of documentation that you were not aware of because of changes in regulations or external and influential situations at the time.
